Mr. Webster has over twenty years of Investment Banking, investment and operating experience in the communications and technology industries, with a primary focus on advising companies in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and raising debt and equity capital in high growth sectors such as Internet Infrastructure, Colocation / Hosting and Wireless.

Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Webster was Group Vice President for MCI Communications, responsible for all M&A and investment activity. He performed a principle role in MCI’s merger with Verizon, and led a team that successfully closed numerous acquisitions, investments and divestitures designed to reposition the company. Mr. Webster also played a key role in the WorldCom bankruptcy restructuring, and was a Partner in MCI WorldCom’s venture fund where he led 11 investments in hardware, software and IP related start-ups. Additionally, Mr. Webster held various sales, operating and general management roles in New York and Washington DC in his 19 years at MCI.

Mr. Webster earned his BA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his MBA from Fordham University.
