Neeraj K. Vohra Managing Director
Mr. Vohra has over a decade of investment banking experience in the Technology industry with a particular focus on the Financial Technology and Technology Enabled Services sectors. He has managed 40 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private equity raises, and strategic mergers and acquisitions for clients in the U.S. and India. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Vohra was a senior banker in FBR Capital Market’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice where he led a group responsible for originating and executing all transactions in the FinTech and Tech Services sectors. Mr. Vohra also has a decade of experience as a senior research analyst. Prior to switching to investment baking, he was a research analyst following the Internet and Electronic Commerce industries at FBR. His prior research experience includes covering the Internet industry at Wheat First Butcher Singer, and the computer hardware industry at Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Vohra holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.B.A. in Economics from Baruch College, CUNY.
