Justin Balciunas Managing Director
Mr. Balciunas was one of the initial founding partners at Signal Hill and has over 12 years of investment banking experience, primarily focused in the education, media, real estate, and lodging sectors. Prior to joining Signal Hill, he was a Director at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Real Estate Investment Banking group based in New York. Previously, he was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking group in New York. He began his career in investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Balciunas earned both his BS (cum laude) and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
