Chris Weber is a Vice President within Signal Hill’s Equity Capital Markets practice where he maintains responsibilities for the origination, structuring, and execution of public equity transactions. He has advised on initial public offerings, follow-on financings, stock repurchase programs, and raising private equity capital for corporate clients.

Additionally, Mr. Weber has a broad range of experience providing investment banking advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, and numerous valuation assignments. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Weber was with the investment banking group of FTI Capital Advisors. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Weber was a Consultant with FTI’s Corporate Finance Practice (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Recovery Services) where he gained extensive experience in developing complex financial models, valuation, and strategic business plan development and critique.

Mr. Weber graduated Phi Kappa Phi with a B.S. in Finance through The Schreyer’s Honors College of The Pennsylvania State University.
