Justin Balciunas

Managing Director

Mr. Balciunas is one of the founding partners of Signal Hill and has over 20 years of investment banking experience, primarily in the Education, Education Technology, and Media sectors.

Prior to joining Signal Hill, he was at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Investment Banking group based in New York. Previously, he was at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the Investment Banking group in New York. He began his career in investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons.

He earned both his B.S. (cum laude) and M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
